On her 23rd year :)

After days of waiting, her day finally arrived. The 23rd year after she came into existence.
I’m referring to the birthday of my girlfriend Joyce which she celebrated last Sunday.
My plan is to go to their place in Makati super early, I want to personally wake her up and be the first person she see on that day.
I got up as early as 4:00 AM to get prepared and have plenty of hours to spare. After an hour of grooming and preparing the things I need for the surprise I left our house in Bulacan for the 2 hour trip.
Luckily I did not wait too long for the bus to arrive and with a snap I’m set on my way.

this is view of North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) on a lazy sunday  morning. No cars, to traffic. travelling is just a breeze :)
Time check, its almost 7am and I’m now near their place. But something is important missing in the things that I carry for her. Flowers! With plenty of time to spare I ran to the nearest flower shop to grab something special for her. Actually it is my very first time to give a girl a bouquet of flower. Imagine that? Haha! I picked the flowers which I think will suit best for her birthday. After a long ride and a quick errand to get her flowers I’m now ready to go to my princess and wake her up.

Her mother opened the door for me and I told her that I’m planning to surprise her daughter. With her permission I quickly rushed to her room. There I saw my happiness sleeping. I tiptoed gently not to cause some noise and some commotion. I kissed her on the cheek, she opened her cute eyes and smiled after that I greeted her “Happy birthday my love!” and hugged her tightly.
here is the birthday girl. just woke up :)

She grew more ecstatic  great as I gave her my presents. And then came the best part.. eating! We ate and ate and ate some more the foods her mother prepared for her.Later the afternoon we went to a spa to treat ourselves to some therapeutic and relaxing massage. Man, it was so great! We feel rejuvenated after that. The rest of the day went great until its time for me to go home.
i love you joyce anne!
